Graz App User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and GrazTeam ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") that governs your use of the Graz mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. This Agreement may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review it periodically.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. User Accounts

• Account Creation: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated this Agreement.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Violate or infringe upon the rights of others.
• Interfere with the App’s operation or security.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful content to the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property related to the App are the property of the Company or its licensors. You may not use such intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. User Content

• Responsibility: You retain ownership of any content you upload or share through the App ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your User Content.
• License: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating the App.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or privacy practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated this Agreement.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitration Body, and you waive any right to participate in class actions.

16. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding the App.
• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
